Onyinyechukwu Adaora Osabuohien is the Managing Director of Micony in Nigeria, where she leads strategic initiatives and oversees operations to drive growth and success. Prior to this role, Onyinyechukwu worked at SLB for over a decade, voluntarily leaving her position as Workforce Coordinator for Nigeria & West Africa (NAW) in 2022 to pursue other passions. During her tenure, she acquired extensive expertise in oil field operations (Wells Completions), human resources, administration, and customer success.

Michael Abu began his career as a Marketing Executive at Standard Chartered Bank in October 2008. In August 2009, he transitioned to Shell as a Trainee Engineer, where he spent 14 years managing asset integrity across various environments, including onshore, swamp, offshore, oil sands, and pipeline assets, with an annual budget exceeding US$500,000.00. During his tenure, Michael worked in Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas, earning multiple country and group awards for his consistent delivery of exceptional results in equipment integrity, technology deployment, pipeline/flowline integrity management, safety improvement, and production enhancement.
Notably, he was a key member of the MD's Focused Result Delivery team, championing artificial lift solutions for declining oil fields. He left Shell in February 2023 as Lead Corrosion and Inspection to pursue new passions. Before his current role as Director of Technology, Innovation, and New Business Opportunities, appointed on July 1, 2024, Michael served as Asset Integrity Manager at Micony Group from March 2023 to June 2024. With over 16 years of dynamic experience, Michael brings a wealth of expertise to our executive team, including technology deployment, asset integrity management, new business development, real estate financing solutions, process safety leadership, production enhancement, LEAN implementation, change management, and people leadership.
Michael’s dedication to people has earned him directorships in both local and international non-profits, including Family Hub Foundation and Thank You Jesus Foundation. He recently received an Award of Excellence from Canadian MP Chandra Arya for his contributions to supporting families.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BEng) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria; a Master’s degree in Engineering (MEng) from the University of Ottawa, Canada; and an MBA from the Telfer School of Management, Canada, with a focus on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Consulting. Michael also holds certificates in Management and Finance from Harvard Business School and the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University.

Chiamaka is the Company Secretary & Legal Advisor at Micony Group, a position she has held since 2023. In this role, she provides key advisory services on general business conduct, conflicts of interest, accounting, strategy development, corporate planning, and acts as the primary liaison with regulators. She is a seasoned legal practitioner and arbitrator with over 15 years of experience in active legal practice.
Her expertise encompasses legal advisory, client representation before both local and international superior courts, commercial transactions, intellectual property exploitation and acquisition, business and start-up advisory, and advocacy. Additionally, she is a prominent legal voice in professional and amateur football, having earned several awards from FIFA Tribunals (PSC & DRC) for her work on player status disputes, international transfers, training compensation, and solidarity contributions.
Chiamaka holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Igbinedion University, a Barrister at Law (B.L) qualification from the Nigerian Law School, and a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) from the University of Nottingham, where she specialized in International Commercial Law

Isaac Audu-Usman (IAU) is the Founder and Executive President of Antigravity Group, a conglomerate with verticals in nano-venture capital (Antigravity Incubated), consulting and advisory (Antigravity Consulting Ltd), media and altruistic impact (Antigravity Media Ltd), and technology (Antigravity TechHub Ltd). He also serves as a board member and advisor for several organizations and provides business and finance coaching to emerging entrepreneurs and startups.
Isaac spent 14 years at Shell, where he held roles in core finance and accounting areas, including group reporting, treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and controllership. He supported both technical and non-technical functions such as wells engineering, drilling, and interventions, production/assets; aviation; logistics; and non-operated ventures (NOV). In his final role as Finance Lead for SPDC Production, he managed an annual budget of $750 million covering all SPDC asset footprints, including Land, Swamp, EA FPSO, and Power.
IAU is a public speaker, writer, and thought leader in finance, venture integration, and entrepreneurship. As a tech-driven pan-Africanist, he is dedicated to harnessing technology and digital transformation to build sustainable, and impactful digital infrastructure, addressing socio-economic issues across the African continent.
IAU is a first-class graduate in Accounting from the University of Lagos, where he received nine convocation awards, including Best in his Department, Best in his Faculty, and 2nd Best Overall Graduating Student in the Class of 2006. He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and was the 2nd Best Overall in the ICAN Professional Exams II (PE II) nationwide in May 2008.
