Akintunde Olasubulumi is a highly accomplished Mechanical Engineer and energy industry executive with nearly four decades of experience across Oil & Gas and Power Generation. He has built a distinguished career defined by operational excellence, innovation, and strategic leadership within Nigeria’s energy sector and internationally.

With over 39 years of progressive experience, he possesses deep technical and commercial expertise spanning Operations, Maintenance, Turnaround Management, Reliability Engineering, Asset Integrity Management, Rotating Equipment, and Project Management. His work has consistently focused on optimizing asset performance, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening reliability systems within complex energy environments.

He began his career at Egbin Thermal Power Station, the largest power generation facility in Nigeria, where he contributed significantly to large-scale generation operations over eight years. He later joined Shell, where he spent 25 years in various technical and leadership roles before retiring in 2021. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving innovation and operational transformation initiatives. Notably, he led the delivery of the first-ever Online Desanding Operations in Nigeria’s Oil & Gas industry—an industry milestone that enhanced production continuity and asset integrity. He also championed the introduction and deployment of emerging technologies to improve safety, efficiency, and long-term asset performance.

His professional experience extends beyond Nigeria, with project exposure and cross-functional collaboration across the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden, and the United States, further strengthening his global perspective and governance insight.

Since 2021, he has served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Dynatotites Engineering, providing strategic leadership and advisory services focused on engineering excellence and asset integrity solutions within the energy sector. He is also a Senior Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, demonstrating leadership and mentorship within his community.

In 2026, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Micony Asset Solutions, Nigeria Limited. In this capacity, he provides strategic oversight, governance leadership, and industry direction, drawing on his extensive operational, technical, and executive experience to guide the company’s growth and long-term value

Her early exposure to field operations established a disciplined foundation in compliance, contractor oversight, and operational risk management—experience that now informs her leadership within asset integrity management.

As Managing Director, she leads with a clear emphasis on management strategy and process optimization, building structured systems that enhance asset reliability, operational transparency, and long-term performance. She is particularly focused on aligning technical delivery with commercial discipline, ensuring that execution remains efficient, compliant, and scalable across complex environments.

Her appointment reflects the company’s commitment to capability, forward-thinking leadership, and the intentional development of the next generation of industry stewards—without compromising technical rigor or operational excellence.

Michael Abu began his career as a Marketing Executive at Standard Chartered Bank in October 2008. In August 2009, he transitioned to Shell as a Trainee Engineer, where he spent 14 years managing asset integrity across various environments, including onshore, swamp, offshore, oil sands, and pipeline assets, with an annual budget exceeding US$500,000.00. During his tenure, Michael worked in Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas, earning multiple country and group awards for his consistent delivery of exceptional results in equipment integrity, technology deployment, pipeline/flowline integrity management, safety improvement, and production enhancement.

Notably, he was a key member of the MD's Focused Result Delivery team, championing artificial lift solutions for declining oil fields. He left Shell in February 2023 as Lead Corrosion and Inspection to pursue new passions. Before his current role as Director of Technology, Innovation, and New Business Opportunities, appointed on July 1, 2024, Michael served as Asset Integrity Manager at Micony Group from March 2023 to June 2024. With over 16 years of dynamic experience, Michael brings a wealth of expertise to our executive team, including technology deployment, asset integrity management, new business development, real estate financing solutions, process safety leadership, production enhancement, LEAN implementation, change management, and people leadership.

Michael’s dedication to people has earned him directorships in both local and international non-profits, including Family Hub Foundation and Thank You Jesus Foundation. He recently received an Award of Excellence from Canadian MP Chandra Arya for his contributions to supporting families.
